Things I have played this week…
Due to the dearth of quality full-price games I have returned to Live Arcade for gaming pleasure. This week I’ve been spending too much time playing Geometry Wars 2(absolutely amazing), Braid(enjoyable but in short doses), Galaxians(not really into this yet) and a bit of Bionic Commando.
Galaxians and Bionic Commando are up there with Pacman: Championship Edition as epic remakes of classic games. Capcom have done a superb job recently with 1942, Commando and Bionic Commando and it’s nice to see Namco moving away from wheeling the same old crap out on every format.
I’ve also been playing Battlefield: Bad Company – gamertag is Alshie
